Dr. Biju Toms

Director, School of Commerce , Finance and Accountancy Christ University, Bangalore. Dr. Biju Toms has over 35 years of experience as an education evangelist and business transformation leader. Dr. Biju established the Department of Professional Studies at Christ University. Under his leadership, the department has integrated programs in collaboration with 15 professional qualification bodies. He is also an advisor for the Karnataka State Government's Start-Up Funding Initiative. He has trained over 1500 students in financial literacy, recognized by RBI and SEBI. His research includes a paper on talent strategy in the International Journal of Systematic Innovation.

Assistant Professor in the Commerce Department at Christ University, Bengaluru. An alumnus of the Delhi School of Economics. Currently, he serves as the President of the International Goodwill Society of India, Kerala. He is an executive member of the Indian Economic Association and a life member of multiple professional bodies. His work includes SCOPUS-indexed and UGC Care articles, case studies, and conference presentations.
